What you’ll handle:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  2. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the management and internal/external stakeholders, and handling inquiries as appropriate (such as KYC/DD requests).
  3. Information Management: Manage and organise information, documents, and files, ensuring that the management has access to necessary materials and that sensitive information is handled confidentially.
  4. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for meetings, ensuring that the management is well-prepared and that follow-up actions are documented and tracked.
  5. Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing events, such as conferences, seminars, or corporate functions, handling logistics, coordinating with vendors, and managing RSVPs.
  6. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the management, compiling information, summarizing findings, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  7. Cost Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring that expenses are accurately recorded and in compliance with company policies.
  8. Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation and set up of offices, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities, and coordinating with other personnel as needed.
  9. Executive Support: Anticipate the needs of the management and proactively provide support and assistance to help them manage their workload effectively and focus on strategic priorities.
